In Part Four of our Frameworks Series, we highlight the science of organizational change. Building up to this, we've discussed Apogy’s overarching 3P’s framework, our guiding principles, and A.R.T model for individual change success.
Whereas A.R.T describes what stakeholders need to effectively change, the science outlines who and how to ensure the change goals and objectives are met.
This includes the specific roles and responsibilities of change leaders, project team members, and other participants, as well as the step-by-step process and tools that can be used to create a holistic, data-driven change strategy and plans.
By employing this framework, change leaders can turn insights into action and actions into results.
