This eight-week long program combines on-demand training with weekly coaching and collaboration sessions to keep you engaged, inspired, and empowered to apply the information you learn in real time, on real changes.
Who is this for? This program is for professionals who want to develop (or expand) their change management skills, grow as a leader, and gain valuable insights by learning alongside change leaders within their cohort.
This program, led by Apogy Founder Jessica Crow, includes lifetime access to Apogy's Organizational Change Leadership training course and tools, four individual coaching calls, and four group-based learning sessions.
How much is it? For only $2,250 - which is 1/2 the cost of other change management certifications - you get proven training, executive coaching, networking, a professional certification, and implementation support.
But wait, there's more! This experience includes a values preference assessment to help you gain a deeper understanding of the values that are most important to you, which can help you do the following:
